Alex is very thorough and covers everything that should be checked during inspection very meticulously and spends the necessary time to investigate concerns to figure out whats going and or whats causing an issue. Alex L******** completed an inspection on our first home. House has a cistern + septic. He did a great job explaining everything in the inspection report + maintenance questions. A few months later we had some additional questions which he answered right away! Really had a great experience !

Alex completed our home inspection several year ago, so I contacted him to complete one for my mother as well. He was very thorough and helpful in giving us specifics about her unique property. He was also extremely kind and courteous and very patient as she had several questions. We were very please with Eaton Inspections again and would use them if we ever had the need on another occasion.
