Alex was referred to me then I was complemented by my buying agent for my choice. He was professional, detailed and helped me greatly in not making a HUGE mistake in home buying process. I highly suggest shadowing him as he inspects because you learn so much about the large investment you are about to make. His pricing is little more than others in the direct area but again this is not an area you want to skimp on when it comes to knowledge and you do truly get what you pay for.

I HIGHLY highly recommend Alex with Eaton Inspections for your whole house inspection!! We've now used his services twice and he was EXTREMELY thorough, very professional, kind, and informative. He made sure to take his time and explain the things he found. His reports are very step by step and easy to understand. We picked Eaton Inspections (Alex L********) to inspect a first home in around 2000. Then we returned to him 2008-09 for two more inspections, one on a home that we rejected because of the inspection, another on a home that we moved too. In retrospect, it seems like he caught all the big problems with the two homes we ended up owning (and some really big problems with the home we didn't buy), and missed just a few minor things. Alex L******** did an inspection on a potential rental property purchase. While his fees were higher than your typical inspector...you get what you pay for. He spent 7 hours doing the inspection and covered every inch of the building. He took a ton of photos to show the issues, and gave a very clear explanation for every single item in his report, so there was no question.
