This is the second time I've used Eaton Inspections and I can't say enough about how thorough and detailed Alex L******** is in his inspections. If there is an issue with a home he will find it and explain it to you with visuals and language you will understand. His inspections are not the usual hour in and out. He takes as much time as needed with each inspection. My last inspection he spent 5 hours. I highly recommend Eaton Inspections.

Alex of Eaton Inspections was a true pleasure to work with! During our very thorough inspection, Alex did not hesitate to answer all of my questions, point out issues that were not obvious to the untrained eye, and he held general conversation with me as well. He was knowledgeable, answering every question I could come up with, friendly, and respectful of myself and the property. Alex has been very professional and helpful in every interaction I've had with him. He responds to phone calls, text messages, and emails in a timely manner. He has been very fair in all pricing, and he provides an excellent service/product. I will not use anyone else for a home inspection as long as I live in the greater Cincinnati area.
