I cannot express to you how grateful I am for Alex L******** and his company. He did a septic inspection on a house that we were looking to purchase and he was very educational, thorough, honest, professional and timely. He even came out the next day and added onto his already busy schedule. I found out that day that he also does full house inspections and I wouldn't want anyone else to do ours in the future.

Our realtor recommended we use Eaton Inspections and I'm very glad we did. Alex communicated with us from the moment we made contact to request him and walked us through the entire process so we could select all of the services we thought we would need. Alex conducted a home inspections on two homes I was in the market to purchase. Alex was available when I called to speak with him and was also understanding to the time line in my contract and worked with me to get this done. His report was well written with pictures and I was able to chose my home. Alex was my choice and will be my choice if I ever need of another home inspection. I will be referring him to all of my family and friends.

I am purchasing a condo and my realtor highly recommended Eaton Inspections and Alex and now I know why! Scheduling was easy and well within the timeframe I needed it. Alex was prompt and totally prepared. He started by telling me his process and told me to follow along and ask questions any time I wanted--which I did. Alex and his work are of the highest caliber: professional, great at explaining things, helps with tight inspection timelines, and has a great attention to detail. I had him inspect two septic systems (multi-flo and cavitette) at properties under contract. By the end of each I felt confident in how it ran, what to expect from it, common flaws, and questions were answered. Alex was great. He was flexible and worked hard to carve out a time for the inspection and to cover what he saw. He was extremely thorough in answering all of my questions and was overall a pleasure to work with. Because of his thoroughness, both in finding areas of concern but also in explaining their implications, I dodged a bullet! I plan on using him for the next inspection.
