We closed on our home 2 months ago. We love the space inside, we were able to alter the floor plan to our needs, and everyone at Eastwood was extremely nice and made sure all of our questions and concerns were handled....and the lot gave me all the space I needed.
Great company recently closed on our Dream home on July 18, 2019. We love the experience of building and Eastwood Homes did a fantastic job on delivering outstanding services. They are quick and efficient.
I have a beautiful home, enough space for my family, we all love it and already started making memories here.
Well built home. Like most builders in the area most everything was subcontracted out. It is imperative that you do several sight visits to ensure these subcontractors are doing the right work and doing that work right. Post close support on issues we are finding has been very good.
Absolutely the best people to deal with. Highly recommend them for your home. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Super pleased with my Eastwood Home!!

My only recommendation is not to sign any paperwork right away, give it 60 to 90 days, check everything well and do not believe the superintendent promises, i bought a 400k home and i can't believe they are willing to leave that bad taste over $600.00 worth of work, disappointment but definitely this is just another track builder. They don't care about the customer, i will have to pay out of pocket, although if you don't sign you can get them to get your drywall to a level 5.
