I would encourage anyone who chooses Eastwood Homes to either rethink their choice or have them add something in the contract that would benefit the buyer. We are a recently retired military family and we were excited to build our first home. We chose Eastwood only to find out they like to lie, don't hold their word per their contract, and have terrible customer service. What this customer has stated is wholly inaccurate. The Eastwood Homes contract does not state construction starts within 30 days, which is the majority basis for the poor review. As is well known, at the time this issue started South Carolina issued emergency orders regarding COVID-19 and Eastwood Homes could not get permits or this lot acquired - because the municipality went virtual and did not have a mechanism to quickly get things moving (that later well over a month, as is well known). I recently purchased an Eastwood home in ********. I love my new home. The sales agent was a delight to work with, and my home is perfect. I would definitely recommend buying an Eastwood home.

Awesome experience moving from Hawaii back to Charleston and building our dream home through emails, phone calls and photos thanks to the amazing team at Eastwood. Our house turned out better than we could ever dream of and we are so thankful our home coordinator was there to guide us every step of the way as a 5,000 mile distance and 6 hour time difference made this a truly unique experience for all! ******************
We closed on our home 2 months ago. We love the space inside, we were able to alter the floor plan to our needs, and everyone at Eastwood was extremely nice and made sure all of our questions and concerns were handled....and the lot gave me all the space I needed.
