Would not touch this builder if my life depended on it. Only been in our house since May of 2017 and already having foundation issues. Cracks of all sizes in the foundation we are now having to have inspected and repaired. Driveaway began to crack within months and of course they don't consider concrete a warraty item we were told. So basically whatever material they used for concrete was cheap and worthless if a driveway, foundation and back patio can't last a year. Terrible drainage and grading of the lots. We bought a rental property from Eastwood Home and had great experience with them. Most impression to me are their response timely and always got what you need and the quality of home construction.
House in only six years old and has been nothing but problems. Decided to replace leaking exterior door and leaking bathroom windows. Not happy with what we found when the installer took apart. Door installed wrong. Just set on slab know metal piece under. One of the bathroom windows had know nails holding it in place. They just set it in the opening and put tape around it. It took five minutes to remove. The other window had nails on the top and bottom but none on the sides. I guees they ran out of nails? These houses are n... read more

From the start we were made to feel comfortable and important. Every employee we dealt with from the salesperson to the design center to the builder was patient and kind and truly took the time to make sure we satisfied every step of the way.
