We bought our home in May 2017 which was newly built. We do love it and are thankful for the work and time put into making it like home. However. We did not have a good experience with the issues of turnover. Our Eastwood Representative left towards the end of the process before the house was built and all conversations regarding breaking our lease to move into our home was not honored. Eastwood Homes was extremely great to work with. Follow through at every corner answering questions and solving small issues. Closing went smoothly as well. We love the layout of our Caldwell Model and would certainly consider working with Eastwood in the future.

In my opinion, Eastwood builds a quality home. They use good materials, their prices are reasonable, and their sales and after-sale staff people are competent, friendly and helpful. I've been looking at Eastwood homes for years and I now finally have one of my own. I'm not saying when you purchase a brand new home from them everything will be perfect. We bought our home over a year ago and from the start had many issues: Kitchen cabinets coming apart from the wall-twice Landscaping-we are still finding trash and debris left (large rocks, metal rods) My 5 year old could have done a better paint job. The corners were very messily done and it was never fixed) Our 30 day walk through list was closed out with knowledge that everything was not completed) Our driveway Grade is completely ruining our breaks but it is apparently to code-we can park in the garage due to where they ... read more
The entire process from picking the lot, selecting the model and then adding every item and detail into the home has been fun and they make it feel like you are building a custom built home. Then watching the home be built from the ground up and seeing a lot turn into your dream, well that was a pretty cool experience.
I am so happy with Eastwood Homes. Their attention to detail is un-matched. We love our home and would recommend this builder to everyone.
