House less than 4 years old....roof leaks....ceiling damaged. Sent Eastwood complaint. Response was "we only guarantee for 1 year". Who ever heard of a roof guaranteed for 1 year? Never again. Multiple small problems since we built. Never use Eastwood.
I am so grateful that I took the chance to purchase my home from Eastwood. It was a fantastic and seamless experience from start to finish. We purchased the largest plan of Eastwood in Charleston well over $300, 000, prior to closing everything that was promised to us verbally and in writing is not completed. Jason E******* who claims that he is over Dion M******* and he would fix all of our concerns but failed to keep his words now after closing all the punch list stuff has still not been completed so now we have attorneys involved also please do price comparisons with local flooring and cabinets shops first because they charge Eastwood Home clients triple the ... read more

Ms. Jamison has went to social media, BBB and has emailed many individuals within Eastwood Homes. Eastwood Homes disagrees with anything not being completed as promised. Ms. Jamison selected the floor plan and initialed the plan in several areas indicating she was clear what she selected. While we recognize that seeing something two dimensionally on a printed floor plan is different than seeing it is three dimensions when completed, the ultimate decision on the floor plan selected was that of Ms. Jamison. We built out dirt home with Eastwood, and it was an excellent experience. Our sales agent and builder were attentive, helpful, responsive and build us an amazing house. We also loved the design of the house layout compared to other builders in our price range
From the beginning of the process we were told that we'd be notified before ANYTHING was done to the property. Our first meeting on site the foundation was poured without our knowledge. From that moment I complained about the major hill in my yard. We don't have much usable backyard space because of this hill. We were told all along that it would be tapered down.
