My experience from the minute I entered the buying office until the present has been very professional and helpful.
Our house is still being built and the process has been a nightmare ever since the design center. The sales agent, Ariana R***, intentionally lied to us about the prices. Before we put our 5k deposit down, we clearly specified the price range that we wanted to be in. She did not tell us that the design center is an extra charge on top of the house price which put us 30k over our budget.
