Running water (6"deep) down side of house after rain on left side at air conditioner. Bank built up 80 degrees on right side of house. Lawn mower turned over twice already trying to mow. Rep just says this is normal??????

The wife and I thoroughly love our Eastwood home. Very professional people who really show genuine concern towards our wants and needs. Gary S****** definitely made us feel comfortable and he's always on top of everything. These people stand behind and in front of their work and word. My job often keeps me away from home but it's reassuring to know my family is in a great home when I'm gone and if ever there is a need or concern about the home Eastwood builders are in top of things.
I have had 3 homes built from the ground up and this is by far my best experience.From the time we met with John in sales all the way to the building and closing walk though with our Builder Ben! Ben is an amazing stand up guy and his workmanship and follow though are indeed 2nd to none. He is always a phone call away and has been with us every step! Thank you Eastwood for an amazing experience and an amazing new home that we are so proud of! **********************
Everything was great until we closed on our new home. Then everything started to fall apart. We have had to fight to get anything done, and it is always done poorly.

Upon review of the file in this matter, Mr. and Mrs. ******** have had warranty service orders (but not that many, and none are large issues - and certainly not everything is falling apart [really?]), but each and every one has been either addressed (and signed off) or if still being addressed consistent with any new home. Recently, on April 1, t************ were unavailable and work could not be completed, which is not something that is fair to criticize Eastwood Homes over. Decent experience
We now live in a five star home thanks to Eastwood Homes
We bought our home in May 2017 which was newly built. We do love it and are thankful for the work and time put into making it like home. However. We did not have a good experience with the issues of turnover. Our Eastwood Representative left towards the end of the process before the house was built and all conversations regarding breaking our lease to move into our home was not honored. We lost thousands of dollars. We again had turnover when the person who did our 30 day walkthrough advised us to wait two seasons to fix the... read more
Eastwood Homes was extremely great to work with. Follow through at every corner answering questions and solving small issues. Closing went smoothly as well. We love the layout of our Caldwell Model and would certainly consider working with Eastwood in the future.
