My experience with Eastwood Homes was incredible and I highly recommend them. Everything from the initial meeting with the sales team thru the final walk thru with the builder went better than I could have ever hoped it would! The materials used are high quality and I have had independent quality checks from an inspector and another builder: Both sources gave it a Five Star rating. In my experience as a home owner of one of Eastwood Construction home is that they do a very shabby job and refuse to make repairs or corrections. They did not follow the water run off plan in our neighborhood. My home and many others have major water problems. All attempts to address this through Eastwood have failed. Living here while other homes are built I see the lack of care daily. They do not prepare the ground beforehand to drain water away. From this bad beginning they build houses poorly. I would like to share my experience with Eastwood Homes. I have purchased a house from Eastwood Homes. According to the purchase agreement contract, we should do the closing in a specific month but because of the shortages in the supply chain, our closing has been extended for an extra month. Overall, the house is luxurious. I love the location and the house design exterior and interior. I highly recommend Eastwood Homes.

This was a wonderful experience despite pandemic delays and other setbacks, our builder was always communicative and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We closed in October 2021 and couldn't be happier with the quality of work! Major credit to the whole team at ****************** in ****************************.

Overall, considering the delays due to supply and demand of construction materials, weather and sub shortages, Eastwood built me a beautiful home; I am happy with the results.

I wouldve give this builder 1 star. They only care about meeting their sales at the end of the month. I was told that everything that needed to be added, fixed, repaired, replaced and painted would be fine on Nov 1st. Its November 9th and no one has come out. Theyre also not good at communicating.
