First time having a home built. From start to finish and even after we moved in, the Eastwood staff was with us. The home is beautiful and great build quality. On closing inspection our inspector could find only minor cosmetic issues that they already had marked to fix. I highly recommend Eastwood. They are honest and care about the home they built for us..

I purchased an Eastwood home as an investment one year after building my home with a different company. The Eastwood home is well built and has many standard features that are upgrades with other builders.

I purchased an Eastwood Home in April 2021. In May 2022 as we had our one year walk through with the contractor manager for Eastwood Homes in our area. During this time there were contractors in our home painting and working on other minor maintenance needs. At some point of the day we realized someone had wrecked into our car and did thousands worth of damage. The Eastwood employee helped us for hours try to figure out who hit our car. He even went as far to have one of his contractors lie and say they saw one of the other ... read more

I feel that Eastwood marketing is very deceptive. I was told numerous items were included with the purchase of my Townhouse which definitely impacted my decision to buy but upon move in, they were not provided. They include, sprinkler system, pull down attic access, Termite bond through HOA, only needed an HO-6 condo policy since units are connected and there would be a master policy, outside maintenance including 1x/year pressure wash and lawn care/landscaping .The *************** are 225/month w/ ZERO amenities so I am sur... read more

Eastwood gets 5/5 stars when it comes to their new construction designs, build, and quality of their materials. Top notch customer services from the sales team, ******************** manager, and post-sale warranty team. I highly recommend Eastwood Homes!!!

We had an exceptionally great experience with buying our home. Our salesperson and builder were both terrific. We are very pleased with our new home. The floor plan is perfect for open living and entertaining. Highly recommend.

For starters the Eastwood Homes ******************** location is Perfect....Especially, its Access to the City(*******) and Neighboring Towns and Communties. We are More than Please with the Entire Eastwood Home Building/Buying Process......We Actually Closed Earlier than Expected which was PERFECT, ALONG WITH THE WEATHER FOR MOVING IN!! At this point....We have 1 Issue relating to the End of the Driveway Dip....which We were informed, its the City's Property. Other than That We are Fine with the Home.
