We bought a new build home by eastwood just over a month ago. We did enjoy the buying experience, however we have discussed watering drainage problems sense the initial pre drywall inspection. Between the two builders we worked with, they changed halfway through the build. We were told that landscaping and a fence would rectify the water draining through our yard. Unfortunately it keeps getting worse and sand and debri from other construction sites above our plot have continued to drain into our yard. We have contacted the o... read more

Two years ago I closed on a $650,000.00 home I had built in ********* in ******, ** by Eastwood Homes. During the negotiation process I was promised all kinds of services during and after closing. The quality of the construction and finish was poor at best. Since the closing I have requested many times that they fix certain issues. Of all the times they may have responded once. Several times during the negotiations I was promised that after one year they would inspect and fix any and all trim imperfections. This never happen... read more
We bought a new construction home six weeks ago....but we still can't use our toilets!!! Yes, major plumbing problems resulting in jackhammming the slab multiple times, cutting up flooring, etc. The video below says it all. The builder is not paying for repairs which is between $30-50K!!!!******************************************* Only buy from them if you want a really s$itty home!
I agree with **************..If I could, zero stars On July 27, 2023, I sent my ******* money, $5000, for Eastwood Homes, 5 **********, *******, ************** after touring the beautiful townhome on July 27, 2023. I hired a private home inspector, completed August 3, 2023, at 2:00pm. Disclaimer: The following is my personal opinion: If I could give zero stars, I would. Warning, please spend your hard earned money with another builder. Windsor Homes, Keystone Homes, Royal Homes, True Homes, and even ***************** are all better options. Eastwood Homes are built with some of the cheapest materials and unskilled laborers. Their customer service is extremely poor and non-responsive. Their warranty process is a joke. Most items are not covered.They treat you like kings & queens before you purchase and ***... read more
