Eastwood homes did a great job for us.. From our very first visit to the model home, to the final walk through they were honest, friendly and professional. They answered every question we had and gave us progress reports throughout the process. Our house is everything we hoped for and we would use Eastwood Homes again without hesitation.
I have been in the process of building a home since late Nov. '20 and the process has been extremely slow and mentally exhausting. I have had a concrete slab poured now for 2 months with no material in the foreseeable future and absolutely no answers for an update. Eastwood homes has had a strong lack of communication as well as very poor organization with this project. I understand COVID has had an impact on all operations however this seems to be beyond ridiculous and quite frankly unacceptable.
Beautiful Home, wide open floor plan. I've been in my home for a little over 2 months and so far no problems. From Mark in sales to Jeff the project manager, thank you guys for a wonderful job with my new home.

Eastwood is a very responsible company, worked with two very knowledgeable staff Mike L****** and Mike F******, so easy to communicate with, I got my issues resolved very quick. Thank you Eastwood for the best service ever.

There are not few enough stars to leave as a review. I have dealt with Eastwood Homes as a developer in my neighborhood for 3 years. Initially they attempted to build houses that violated our HOA covenants and restrictions. When Eastwood refused to engage in conversations with the residents, we were forced to hire an attorney to stop them from building lesser-than homes in our neighborhood. (I have the emails that were ignored.) The driveway for the house next to me has had to be redone 4 times because the lot was not graded... read more
Eastwood Homes is an irresponsible company. They leave debris and mess in their construction areas and any problems caused to current residents, they take no responsibility.

This customer complained to us about a slow leak in her tires at 4:45 am on July 31st. She surmises that someone from Eastwood Homes put a nail in her tire. This was after she threatened to sue the community developer for the same reason. She has no idea what caused a slow leak. The customer refused to have her tire company look at why she was having slow leaks.
