Worst company ever they dont care about customers. On my third scheduled service with no show no call no emails ,though they have no problem taking your money Dont waste your time with this company find someone else they are pitiful

If Bug Out's new owners don't get their act together, they are unfortunately going to lose a lot of customers. I have tried to make contact by phone and after going through their "maze" of touch 1, touch 2 and so on I have ended up in dead space with no results on numerous occasions. We have been with Bug out for over 15 years but I see this coming to an end shortly.
Contracted Bugout to perform crawl space cleanup, insulation installation, and encapsulation. Also install 2 dozen Sentricon bait stations and maintenance. They installed the Sentricon stations within a week. Months later, the crawl space job wasn't close to being done. Company did only part of what they promised. Workers would come when they wanted. Always excuses. Salesperson was disgusted with the worker crew. They claim they could not attach vapor barrier to foundation walls due to harming foundation, but I contracted a ... read more

Such a failure company in the market Can’t keep their promises Raising the price with no reason Didn’t want to cancel the service even after the contract is done
Three years ago I took a 3 year warranty with Ehrlich Co. for termite protection. This warranty is good until August 2023. The new company gave me a new acct. number but never bothered to transfer the warranty & the money from the old account with it. I am now receiving bills from Rentokil saying I have to pay for latest inspection!
I received a letter confirming that Bugout service was establishing an online customer portal. Bugour had acquired the prior pest control company I used for several years. I could not connect so I called and received help to establish my sign on documentation. After doing that and hanging up, I tried to connect to the portal and could not do it. Another phone call and I was informed that they had a problem with the accounts from the prior company and I could not sign on to the portal. This level of competency makes me wonder... read more
