I had a phone who's glass broke brought it here to Dr. phonez. Was an amazing experience they will take care of you same day no problem I'll be coming back here for sure. Loved it!
Easy process. The people are so friendly and it's extremely reasonable pricing and my phone got fixed within an hour for the screen!
There is nothing less than a star. When I dropped off my phone, the girl in the front was munching on some ramen noodles. I gave her my HTC One E8 and she logged it as M8 (the metal version of my phone). They said they would have it done the same day. The first day, they melted the plastic backing for my phone. They ordered another (wrong) part for free. Then another. Then another. A week later, someone that actually has IQ points noticed that it's an E8, not an M8.. These people suck.
Good customer service as well as prompt ! My phone looked beyond repair but you guys fixed it in less than two hours like brand new with fair price ! Thanks
Worst place to take your phone. Do not trust anything they say. They will scam if they can!!
Horrible. Rude. And shorty work. Go to Ubreak Ifix. They guarantee their work and will repair if you have issues. This place is just awful.
They are a spam ! Don't take your phone there they will steal you phone and money
I'll probley never go here again Id rather pay the couple 100 for a new phone
