I was recommended by friends to come here first to get my phone fixed and in turn will do the same. Customer service and price to fix were excellent!!!!

Terrible service, rude, have bad attitudes and are very unprofessional! My boyfriend had a cracked iphone 5 screen. Only the screen and digitizer were damaged. The phone still held a charge prior to service. Minutes after these "professionals" finished with his phone he could no longer hear calls unless the phone was switched to speaker. To top it all off, the phone would no longer hold a charge. No matter how much you charged it, it would drop to 1% and die in an instant. I've been to other places like UBREAKIFIX, and they kept my phone for a week to find out they burned my motherboard, I went to DrPhonez, not only did I get my phone in 2 hours, but their service was great, and the reps were very knowledgeable. I recommend Dr Phonez to anybody!!!
