They did more harm to my phone after replacing my cracked screen. I paid over 100 bucks for my screen to be replaced AND I still had to replace my phone. I would recommend buying a new phone on Amazon or from your cellular carrier other than having your phone fixed by these people. Also, you can get your phone unlocked at your cell phone carrier for FREE. (Went to AT&T to unlock my phone) You will save more money.
No one go here they will break another part of your phone and make you pay for a higher price to fix it , they even took parts away from my phone to place it to other phones I had just went to get my screen replaced and my phone was working fine till they took 2 weeks just to replace it and when I called they said the sound doesn't work and it cost another $100 to fix it so I got it fixed and when I went to pick it up they were telling customers the exact same, don't be fooled I had got my phone checked out at another place ... read more

After servicing my cracked screen I asked if they would replace my screen protector, the unnamed tag person said to me they don't replace the screen protector unless I pay the extra fee. The glass was repaired though but no protector for screen have to and use my extra one!.

I apologize sir. However no where do we advertise a Free screen protector replacement.Seeing how you had your screen replaced the old screen protector is on your broken screen. It is not transferable as you were informed. We would have offered a new screen protector for purchase however we do no carry them for the ZTE phones. It is quite unfair of you to leave negative review not based on our service but based on the fact that we do not carry any accessories for your device.
I am very disappointed in the service I got at the forum location. I took my grandson's phone in because it stopped working. The screen was cracked and we thought it was the LCD that needed to be replaced. The repairman knowingly fixed it without informing me that the phone was wet inside and that replacing the LCD was not going to fix the phone. Took my lg g3 in the other day..was pretty quick than I expected..
I was better off leaving my phone smash the way it was as soon as I left doctor phones within about 2 to 3 weeks my phone is covered in stress frsctures. I dropped it once and sent shards everywhere. Before i went to dr phones it took my phone 2 years to get in the condition it was and dr phones accomplished that in a couple months. I will not be returning and advise no one else does either. Two weeks ago, I got the glass repaired in my son's iphone. Within a week of the repair, the new glass cracked on its own. When I asked them to replace the faulty glass, the response was that they have no warranty on their repairs. When I asked further how the glass could have broken unless it was defective or installed improperly, the manager told me "glass breaks all the time." It's very unfortunate that this company does not stand behind its work.

You were informed that Glass CAN break not that Glass breaks all the time. The Repair is warrantied for 30 days for screen function it does not cover physical or water damage. This is stated on your receipt and we have a sign in the store as well. The screen was installed correctly it was not lifting and it was completely flush. Glass will only break from some sort of physical trauma it does not break "by itself"
I would not recommend this place to anyone. My husband dropped out ipad off to have the glass replaced. I called the next day to see if it was ready and was told it was ready for pick up. I drove the 30 miles there to pick up our iPad only to be told that it was not ready and would t be until later in the day. They then proceeded to tell me I shouldn't have called to find out if our item was ready that they call us we are not supposed to call them.
