Fucking assholes. They sold me a cheap battery that almost fucking exploded, then told me there was nothing they could fucking do about it without paying the mother fuckers.
Went in to fix my daughter's Galaxy Tablet... needed charging port... then they told me I also needed a new battery... Had it for 1 week then thing would not turn on. I took it back they said it was a problem with the software and they couldn't fix. They gave me most of my money back but $25 because they did "work on it" but yet they broke it, or if for say, problem was already there ( which I doubt )... I apologize we were not capable of Repairing your device. We are hardware specialist and do not have the proper resources to correct any software errors. I can assure if we would have been capable of completely fixing the device software we absolutely would have done so.
Walked in today with my son and his broken IPhone 6Plus. The screen was cracked. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I was really impressed with the fact that they could have charged us for the charge port being broken, but instead they were honest and just cleaned it out. That says a lot about not just the company but the employees also. They have loyal customers in us.

I can they their repairs are wonderful if you get told the right price. I went it for a charging port and got my lock screen replaced for half off, I was told the charging port repair would be 50.00 and the lock button would be 25.00, when I got there, the price had magically bumped to 59.00 on the port, when I asked for my money back they refused, so I asked them to take the lock button out and just give me my old one back.
