One of the worst experiences i have EVER had in customer service. I had an issue with a cracked screen. on behalf of my younger sister, i called around and found DR phonez to be the better option, EVEN THOUGH its an hour drive for me. I called in to ask basics, prices and how long, etc.... they said half an hour to an hour. i said cool ill come in. went in and had to stay 2 hours for a repair. ok why wasnt that mentioned it may or may not be longer. then they said ...Continue Reading
Unfortunately I've had to come back to the store several times not because of workmanship because of the owner of the phone. Each time I was treated with great service a tremendous attitude by the people at the counter and quick turnaround time. I noticed a competitor just opened up south of them ... Don't go there Mr. Phonz is the place to go.
