I've cracked my screen several times over the past two years and have been here twice to fix in that time. They are very professional and helpful and are my go to place to get my phone fixed. Hopefully I won't break my phone again this year; but if I do, I will come here to get it fixed. First class service!
I went to get my screen fixed. Left happy but come to find out they actually ruined the Touch ID function of the phone. Now my display is flickering and not cooperating completely. I've read up and found out that this could possibly brick my phone and make it unusable! Had I known that a simple screen fix could make all this happen, I would never have done it!

This place was super helpful when I needed to get the screen and LCD replaced on my iphone 6 plus. The staff are very friendly and were able to do the repair quickly. They also have the best selection of phone cases and protective screens in San Antonio. Great place, a shining star in customer service! ����
Fixed my cracked iPhone screen upon walk in. Made sure nothing else was wrong with it. Included a discount for a protective case and finished everything within 30 minutes. Very friendly!

This happened at the 410 & San Pedro location. I took my phone on Saturday and it was "fixed" within a couple of hours--no problem. I had a broken headphone jack on my iPhone and they replaced the piece. Then that night my phone wouldn't charge and died. Apparently that piece they "fixed" is connected to the charging port. Took it back the next day and had major attitude from the front desk associate, Lauren. Took 4 hours to fix the problem this time.
