This place is great. I’ve had several phones repaired there, and they were always prompt and did a good job. Highly recommended.
I wish I could give this place zero stars for their complete lack of customer service and empathy. I brought my phone here a month or two ago to have my iPhone 6s Plus screen repaired. Although the repair was quick and the screen is doing great their technician failed to replace the screws in the bottom of my phone. Last night the entire screen popped out of its casing and now my camera and flash do not work. I can not take pictures at all or face time. Sarah was wonderful helping me out... fast and reliable!
This place is awful I will NEVER go back again. They did not put back all my screws and tore some wires that hooked to the front camera of my phone. I spent 180$ for my screen get replaced 6 times within 2 days and still had problems. When I called they could not do anything for me. Now I’m having to pay once’s again for my screen to get fixed and pay to replace the stuff they messed up. Save yourself the money and take your phone to Apple.
Had a battery replaced here several months ago. Never used the phone so I sold it. The person I sold to says the phone battery is no good. They give a 3 month warranty so even if you do not use the phone it is ok to take people's money and deliver faulty batteries. Do not have them repair your phone! Out $100 and now refunding the person I sold to. This place is a rip off.

All sales associates are required to abide our store policy standards just as would be the same any Carrier and or Manufacture.
