John is the only technician that listened and understood my problem. The screen LCD was broken but the touch worked. We needed to transfer data to the new phone. He was the only guy able to do this after several attempts by AT&T and the other phone repair places. I will never go anywhere else!
Wow these guys are horrible. They lie, steal parts out of your phone, and look through your photos. Will not recommend. Ubreakifix is a better option. They even took the time to flag my previous post so nobody could read this.
