Great service! Repaired my Iphone and charged me way less than I expected! Thank you!
Unfortunately the service provided a few wks ago was not as efficient. The store on San Pedro took the LG Nexus 4 and offered repairs for $150. Cracked screen and the screen was slowly becoming non-responsive. Dr phonez fixed the screen but left a faulty LCD in the device that over a matter of 2 wks has deteriorated and now leaves the screen half clear. The "manager" refuses to reservice the phone even though the device shows no further neglect and was clearly an error on Dr Phonez behalf and presumes to try and charge an ad... read more
I have no idea why anyone would give these guys a 1 star review. The last 4 times I went in there they fixed my phone In 5min and never charged me more than $5. My phone would randomly cut off and I could not reset it. Each time they were really friendly, and the first 2 times it happened they did it for free. Great customers service every time I went in.
