terrible service never answer phones put you on hold for 10mins at a time then forget about you, never call back when promised to call same day, took over a month to find any info out and to simply be told cant do it. come get a partial refund
RecommendedCame into the store today about an hr prior to closing. Spoke with Lizzie, very sweet, greeted as walked in the door with a smile and answered questions had and took care of my phone. Went in for a cracked/shattered screen. Very reasonable and awesome customer service. Highly recommend

Scam. I went in for free diagnostic testing because my speaker is low. I cannot hear very well out of it. After waiting 3 hours I called to see if my phone was ready. When I called the front desk receptionist said it would be $50 for repair. I went in to pick up my phone only to realize the problem had not been fixed. She then said the speaker could be replaced for nearly $100. I said I couldn’t do that considering my phone had already been out of my possession for 3 hours.
