This is by far the worst place to have your phone repaired. I took my iPhone to get fixed and ever since they gave it back, it has been broken. The touch no longer works as it should and now has many glitches. Even though they say you have a 30 day warranty if it isn't performing well, they will tell you they can't do anything about it. Waste of time and money. ALSO customer service is horrible.

She was just going to have a quick conversation over the phone with you to get full story and to address the issue or issues at hand. Went there to get my 4s fixed a couple of weeks ago. I had broke both the front in the back. I waited in line for about 10 mins, which wasn't that bad but the lady helping the line was probably one of the rudest and had some of the worst guest services, I've ever seen. As a manager, if this was one of my employees I would be so embarrassed to see my customers be treated like this. I won't ever be doing business with them nor will my friends and family. Yesterday I went in to get the screen on my iPhone 5c fixed, they did not have the part. I called last night to see if they received the part, they did. I asked if I brought it in today if it could get done. They said it wouldn't be a problem since they received the part. I brought my phone in first thing this morning and was told it wouldn't get done today "it's a first come first serve basis" and there is "no where to put my phone." I apologize for the inconvenience. We do however get extremely busy. The repairs the 5C can be done with a 30 min time frame once a technician is available to get to your device. Because of the large volume of phones that we get it can be very difficult to provide 100% accurate of a time frame. When you call we usually go based off of how busy the past few days have been and as the day goes on. When it come to the following day it is unpredictable just exactly how busy it will be.
