Poorest customer service, no warranty, shady and making up things to charge me more. Had a phone face replaced because it was cracked. Spent over $120, also bought a case and tempered glass cover to help with it. The phone lasted less than 24 hours before the phone went black. Told there was pressure put on it...then told it looked like it was dropped. Now, they are saying it has water damage...maybe from having it in the bathroom when showering. This place sucks they messed up my iPad mini then tried to charge me to fix it
Very disappointed with the service. My phone was taken to get its glass fixed at the Selma location early Saturday afternoon... since they're closed Sundays we were told the phone was going to ready Monday. Monday comes along and we're told it'll be ready in an hour... go back after an hour and they said it would be ready the next day because the LCD was messed up. Its Tuesday and once again we're being told its going to be ready tomorrow. Won't be surprised if I hear the same song tomorrow. This was obviously a mistake.
Took care of my iPhone 5c and did a splendid job at that!! #saynotocrackedscreens
