I feel good every time I go to Downtown Dental. It is like going to see friends for lunch, except I come home with white teeth.
The staff, and I mean the entire staff is wonderful! They are professional, courteous, polite and knowledgable. Don is the best of the best! He is efficient but has a gentle hand. The office is state of the art...what more is there to say!
I felt that the hygienist was trying to up-sell me through the entire appointment. I did not like it. I was not comfortable and I will not return. DO NOT CONTACT ME.
Its getting too expansive to come in on there recommend time
I drive from the San DIego Area to go to Downtown Dental and it's worth every mile. Customer/Patient service is second to none. Making you feel comfortable is their priority. You can tell everyone there enjoys their jobs and sincerely cares about you.

My experiences the past few years have been so pleasant and my smile has improved so much that my confidence is at an all-time high!! Not only do I feel so much better but I get compliments all the time. Dr. Mungcal and his friendly staff have become more like friends than "dental" office staff.
