It was a pleasant experience. The vibe was awesome they had music I could listen to for days. Allison my dental hygienist communicated with me the whole time. She made me feel comfortable and always had a great smile.
I needed a root canal and it went very smooth, no pain, no fuss, fast. Best dentist I've ever had.

I have been through a lot with dentists. From my mother's x boyfriend who saved her money on fillings by not using novocaine to botched wisdom tooth removal and a very painful root canal that I didn't really think needed to be a root canal if the dentist was more careful. Downtown dental is the complete opposite of all of these experiences! Dr. Mungcal is an expert and he is very skilled with his techniques. This dentist office is absolutely a delight to come to, the staff is very professional, kind and attentive to my needs each and every time I come for any type of treatment I have needed. They work with you with care credit and have reasonable prices for their service. I highly recommend everyone to come in for a first time treatment.
