Downtown Dental is truly a unique place. I had been to other dentists previously and had yet to find a great dentist who truly addresses my concerns (I have a fear of dentists). But coming to Downtown Dental changed all that. The equipment is quite advanced so I felt no pain, and the staff is soo nice! There's a knot in my stomach from yesterday's first visit, x-rays, and evaluation. I was introduced to a dental office that I believe has the expertise and equipment that can provide excellent repair and on-going maintenance of my teeth - but which is simply beyond my means. When Chris told me "we work with Denti-Cal patients" (or words to that effect) I assumed, incorrectly, that you accepted such coverage, or 'could work with it', not "we'll do what they won't cover". Amazing experience as always! Went in for my routine check up and cleaning. Allison completed my check up & cleaning in 30 mins; gave me advice, cleaned my retainers and answered my questions. Gentle, efficient & concise. Everyone here is always cheerful and happy, and it really makes your day!
This has been the best experience with a dentist I have ever had. The staff and the Dr. are caring, gentle and make a difficult situation easier to deal with. You pay for who you get and I love what I'm getting!! Thank you for taking such great care of me.
