Always great service. You guys are the friendliest there is. Love the office space, especially the view looking out. I always have personable and affable hygienists. My only recommendation would be to dial it back the sales pressure on the upselling. I think it's a little more than obvious that the office is very heavy on trying to upsell every visit with different products. Other than that, keep up the good work.
Levi is great. Always thoroughly explains every step of the process and makes a harrowing experience a bit easier to handle.
My experience with Downtown Dental has been by far the best experience with a dentist I've ever had. Everyone welcoming, willing to help me understand the procedures, including assistance with the insurance plan. The way Dr. Mungcal, the hygienist and all the staff worked with me was absolutely wonderful, with the highest professionality
