Downtown Dental has taken care of my smile for years ( 10 years approx). The staff is fabulous and caring. The office is very high tech. The cleanings are always pain free. Yes it's a bit pricy but the care you receive does not compare to other places

Dr. Mungcal and his hygienists are genuinely committed to taking care of your teeth and gums. They are often times cheaper than your town's local dentist. When I stopped using Dowtown Dental for two years because I moved, my gums were all "2s". After two years at my local dentist in East Los Angeles, my gums were all "4s" and "5s". I have recently come back to Downtown Dental to get my gums and teeth back on track! Everyone in that office is super nice, they are like family! I work in downtown, super convenient.
I had a surgical procedure to replace my partial and receive two implants. The procedure went very well, It was not very painful, I hardly needed the pain medication prescribed to me. Everyone treated me with kindness and answered all my questions. I have been a patient of Dr. Mungcal at Downtown Dental 14 years. I am very satisfied.
If I could give a negative rating I would as downtown dental does not deserve a 1 star. The worst dental experience I have received in my entire life! I should have listened to the yelp reviews. Please do not waste your time or money at downtown dental!!!
DOWNTOWN DENTAL IS THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE IN DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES WHILE DR. DON MUNGCAL IS THE BEST DENTIST. I don't mind driving 23 miles one way to get to his office because I know that I have the best dentist with the best staff taking care of me. I just have one crown done this morning. As usual the staff in the front office greeted me with a warm and friendly welcome. Everyone in the office including the dental assistants are so nice, friendly and very professional.
