Great clean hotel the view from the 20th floor is awesome
Great view, comfortable bed. My only real complaints are the lack of coffee and the need of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. There was only 1 bag of regular coffee and two bags of decaf, aka dirt water for quitters. The exhaust fan is really for modesty purposes. I don't need people thinking I'm trying to assault an army of whoopie cushions when they walk by my room.
They didn't turn on the AC during the reunion and the parking structure sucks!! Your shouldn't have to make 3 point turns to get through every parking level! They should warn you that the parking structure isn't SUV friendly! Scraped the side of the car 😖
We were there there nights every single person that worked there was super kind and helpful and I especially loves our housekeeper on floor 18 Adela Villacana everyday she asked us if there was anything else we needed and our room was on point sparkling clean and lets not forget the amazing cookies !
I got bit by Bed bugs. They changed my room, but in general this whole hotel is getting run down.
Actually I'm still here..I been here the last few days! Its great here! Great customer service, great staff and was upgraded to a suite, since I'm a diamond member! I like the set up over here...This is a really special place for me when I come down here!
