Great location downtown, just confusing to get to by car.
Horrible management at this hotel. I had a room reserved and had to cancel due to an emergency with one of my pets. Rather than being understanding and making an exception, the manager said “There’s nothing I can do” which we all know is not true. I am a Hilton Diamond and have been loyal to this brand for years. I have never been treated this way. Beware of money hungry management at this hotel. There are many other better choices in San Diego.
Great location -- easy walk to Little Italy. Personable staff. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return.
Sharing life with wonderful people
A great BIG shout out to the wonderful staff of this hotel. The best customer service ever. I was here to meet my husband for a "big" birthday. When the staff found out, they really went out of their way to help make it special. From check-in to check-out, each and every person I encountered was absolutely awesome. Thank you all! I will always remember your kindness. (and Happy Birthday tomorrow, Sonny!)
when you exit hotel to go out dont turn right street is dark and smelled so badly of urine. If you turn left the street is has better lighting and takes you straight to little Italy which was nice place to eat listen to music great atmosphere. the san diego pier would have been a better place to stay. if you are a light sleeper this is not a hotel for you as you hear the freeway and planes in and out. air conditioning unit in our room sounded like lasers starting and toilet and sink gurgled most of the night. buffet breakfas... read more
