Great location close to the airport. Reasonably priced. Beautiful room on the 22nd floor. Got free cookies and water. Shuttle service is great. All in all a good place to stay.
Our room was not cleaned upon arrival. Room needed repairs. Our Saturday morning breakfast was from one side of the hall to another and was still there Sunday morning. Not impressed.
Medium quality hotel- small, drab lobby, totally inadequate (single) restaurant, worn rooms with guaranteed bump-into coffee chest- oh yes, and 10 PM race down 14 flights at the fire alarm. Cheap though.
This was not the quality experience we are accustomed to from Hilton. It took them 2 hours to check us in when we had specifically requested an early check in when we made the reservations. We made reservations for a room with a king bed and then in their rush to try and check us in early they put us in a room with two double beds. Unacceptable!
