Stayed here this weekend and after a loooooooooong traffic filled drive, getting into my room was my #1 priority. I gotta say, their customer service is world class...you can't get ANY better than how they treated me upon my arrival (and they greeted AND remembered me each time I came through the lobby)...The room was nice (can you believe they have central air in the rooms?!?) with a great view of downtown...but the customer service really should be commended!! I've found my new get away hotel...
Doubletree is usually a good experience this week not so much. Hospitality was great but lots of problems with the room.
