One of the worst check in experiences ever. Front desk wasnt friendly and elevadors were down. They only had one working elevator which took over 30 mins to get "my room" only to find that she gave me the wrong room. Another 30 mins later and she offered no apology! Over an hour later I am finally in a room that wasn't on a Hilton Honors floor and I will hit Diamond this year. Terrible. Will not stay here again.
The location was great, the staff was great, excellent amenities... just expected to have a small fridge, I missed a cold place for my soft drinks and booze. Overall, an integral part to one of the best vacations/birthdays/new years I've had in a very long time.
Gold member with a AMEX Platinum card refuseing breakfast. Corporate was called. Be sure to know status or stay at better hotel.
The Hotel was a little dated, however Food & Beverage staff showed great customer service.
This hotel is in the PERFECT location. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed... wow. Incredibly comfortable. The staff is very friendly and their room service was delicious. If you need a quick weekend get away, a one night stay before heading to the airport... or even a long vacation this is the place to stay. Oh and the view is unbelievable
