Won a 3 day/2 night stay at this hotel through a non-profit silent auction. The certificate is good for a year and not yet expired, but the hotel does not have any availability and is not willing to extend. I do take responsibility for my oversight on the expiration date and not calling earlier, however you would think they could make a exception for customer service sake for a matter of a couple of weeks until they have availability (based on information/dates the reservation agent provided). RecommendedWe have always stayed here for HHN since 2010. Close to the park, and options for food everywhere.
Stayed here for 14 nights, fantastic hotel. Friendly staff. Only a 10 minute walk to universal city walk, or they provide shuttle buses. Short walk to the premium outlets. Restaurants are close by, perfect locatation all round
