Unclean conditions Broken hot tub Pool bar not even open Starbucks closed No complimentary coffee No coffee in room Shuttle not running some days Skywalk to universal blocked off Hand sanitizer empty in lobby No “ warm cookie given” Room key didn’t work Restaurant understaffed and overpriced “ happy hour” $10 each drink when is was buy one get one half off??? Parking cost is outrageous - should be free for guests I will never book at doubletree again. First time and last time
