It's an average hotel that charges it's 'guests' to park. Very high room rates should compensate for that 'privilege'. The internet is unbearably slow after 7 pm, so get your work or browsing done early, OR pay for premium internet at a price. There is nothing bad about this hotel, but there is nothing exceptional about it either. You can find many other hotels with similar rooms/offerings for less price, and you won't be forced to pay to park your car while you sleep. This place is AWESOME! Love that it's right across the street. Breakfast was AMAZING, staff was all very friendly. We'll definitely be back.
Ridiculously priced and then added $20 a night to park my car. The restaurant service was terrible only brought part of the order had to go to the bar to get our own drinks. Overbooked there shuttle to Universal leaving 20 or more people to wait on the next shuttle staff was rude
Very nice hotel and the best breakfast ever. I do which parking was not additional and it doesn’t matter if you are diamond or not ... but it’s less than a mile from universal so pay for the location they do run a shuttle and need I forget to mention the double tree cookies are amazing �
I'm Tellinya just felt good to be there. Nice an clean staff nice.. Only think no microwave in room. Other then that beautiful
