The rooms are huge, the service was amazing. Super clean and super comfortable. Easy walk to universal. I seriously have no complaints!
I enjoyed the stay, very clean, nice and staff was friendly and very helpful!
The lobby and nice and the staff were very kind. I was there for a convention.
Overall, the stay was good. The lighting in the bathroom is too soft and indirect. Also, an additional fee for parking my car is ridiculous and should just be included in the room rate.
Hotel was nice, room was nice. But there were elevator issues on the north tower. Not sure what is Hilton’s issues with elevators lately as this is the second Hilton is as many months with the same problem.
I always love the double tree when i come it is a very nice hotel
