We really enjoyed our stay. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice, helpful , and very professional! The staff was super friendly as well. The room was very clean and spacious. No complaints on my end. I'm in Orlando a lot and will definitely choose this Double Tree again!
The staff are very kind. However, the facilities are ragged in places. For example, many elevator buttons are broken.
Fantastic staff, great room and great location. I'll Be back with the family � I was recognized as a Hilton honors member!!
