RecommendedCathy and the front desk staff are on point. Michelle in the dining room was a job in customer service. Great location for work, conference,and theme parks. The facilities are good was large rooms. Please be a Hilton Honors member as this hotel gets busy. I will stay here again!

RecommendedWe stayed at the hotel as part of a NALC officer training. The hotel is very nice lots to do in the area. I enjoyed everything but the fact that the lobby bar adds a 16% tip to each bill. I understand it’s my fault for not reading the bill but at the bottom of the bill it recommends the tip amount for either 16 or 20%. So if you don’t see the 16% already you double tip! I find this pretty shady!

ManagerAndrea Accion is rude. Will not smile and refused to see our reservations . We had already paid for our stay from Hilton Grand Resorts for a presentation. Don’t get sucked into this scam. They take your money $488.00 and don’t even allow you to stay at the hotel! It’s all a scam!
RUDE! We were on our way to Universal Citywalk and had to pull over into their parking lot because my 8 month old was screaming his head off and starting to hyperventilate. I needed to make a quick bottle. 2 different employees came out to yell at us three times in less than 5 minutes to leave their parking lot because we weren’t staying there even though we only needed a few minutes.
