my son was robbed at this hotel by the the hotel employees.
The hotel looks very nice, but or room wasn't as expected, we had a dirty towel folded up, the sheets on the bed were off on both beds, the toilet made noise all night, and what really Pi!@#$ me off was the $23 a night parking fee!!!! Yes I should have read the fine print better, but charging for parking is just WRONG!!!!

Can’t complain had no problems here. During this pandemic. Plenty on hand sanitizer, and social distancing. Mask wearing. Room and hotel is clean. Everybody was friendly.
The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was ok. Nothing special. The hotel is getting old and is showing its age. The restaurant is way over priced. We are in walking distance to city walk with lots of great restaurants and hotel food shouldn’t cost more. They did not include breakfast with our stay. Even best western offers breakfast. Parking. I'm so disappointed with the customer service of this hotel. We stayed in the hotel for one night in September. My daughter ended up leaving her stuffed animal unicorn and blue blanket. We noticed after we were about 3 hours away. I called the hotel, and they transferred me to lost and found. I was so happy to find out they had located my items! Our stay was going fine and I was actually really pleased with the level of service received, the room and cleanliness. However things turned awful our second night [tonight]. My husband and I were woken up at 2:00am to loud music and what was a very large argument between another couple. We could not get through to anyone at the front desk from the in-room phone so I had to call from my cellphone. They sent security up right away and found the source of the music.
