Stayed here 4-5 times prior and have never had an issue but since my check-in I’ve been greeted by unfriendly staff and bugs in my shower. It’s close to universal, but the quality has greatly gone down and will not be staying here as a diamond member again.
I have an accounting issue with thisa hnotel, and after three attempts, no one from their accounting office will return my call. So far, customer service is underwhelming.

We loved this hotel! The rooms were spacious & the property was very nicely kept. The staff was very helpful with all questions we asked. We were not able to use the pool area due to cold temps, but it looked very nice. The location is perfect for Universal & short drive to Disney Parks. There are several restaurants within walking distance or jump on the shuttle & head to City Walk. I prefer Holiday Inn Express or the Hampton. The hotel is nice but extremely large which gives it the impersonal touch. The shop closes at night so if need water forget it. The vending machines doesnt take credit cards. It's just not me
