Almost everything, the big rooms, the pool, Angelos( Pizza, burgers and more) Fitness senter, the staff, restaurants, Waalgreens, Publix, Outlets and of course walking distance to Universal Studios😍😁🌞🌞🌞🌞
Quite possibly be the worst hotel I’ve stayed. The has been happening since yesterday. Shane on you Hilton. It’s a sad and lame case, because the staff is outstanding and issues like these are not their fault. Shame on the management group who clearly don’t give 2 sh*** about their guests
Should be a five star hotel, the service was excellent. All the employees were super friendly and so helpful. When we first arrived we were greeted with warm Chocolate chip cookies and as we were leaving they gave us to go containers to grab breakfast on the way out. Beautiful hotel with a nice pool and bar, great food at the sunshine cafe and loved our room! We were Walking distance from universal and a short drive to Disney springs. I would highly recommend and love to go back!
Do not spend the money to stay at this hotel. They have outdated rooms and you can hear everything in your room from the hallway. It is not set up to be family friendly and parking is atrocious. Do yourself a favor and stay onsite if you are going to universal or stay at the holiday inn express next door. It looks like a much better experience.
The hotel is hosting a math conference in April. I was attempting since Friday to send a fax for our school to them, but the fax is not going through. I have been emailing to two people in charge, Frank Azzarello and Michael Rabone, since Friday. I get no response AT ALL. So I am not sure how they sign up to do such a big event, but have no desire to reply to messages. Unfortunately we do not have a choice with the location. Should that have been just me looking for a hotel to stay at, I would have chosen another hotel.
