I'm very satisfied of the service quick friendly caring!!!!! Surely always get the jobs done.
Took my car in for some simple repairs that were under warranty, they checked it out, ordered parts and I bring it back into the shop. Drop it off, they tell me it'll take half the day and they will take me home. Wait 30 min for them to shuttle me and then go talk to them again. Finally have my fiancé pick me up. Then wait all day, call hem 10 min before they close to check on it and the guy acted like he didn't have a clue, calls me at close and says it's ready, I have them lock the keys in the car and leave it. Amazing place to get oil changed, service, etc. Rhe people I've worked with were so niceness and caring and they are all men lol 😂 seriously thought very happy 😊
Aside from the $1000.00 repair bill! LOL! I have nothing but good things to say about the automotive department. They always take care of me. I trust them completely. I went there for an oil change, and they found a leak in my condenser. They said that it was going to take at least 4 hours to fix. They gave me a ride home, and came to pick me up when my car was finished. I live 30 minutes away from there!�
Although I did not buy my Ford Flex at Don Hinds, today I visited the parts department. Not only was the staff helpful, Bob Chandler, when he learned I was having problems figuring out the Sync introduced me to Zac in the service area who helped me majorly. Bravo. It is hard to find employees who will go the extra step to help others.
Thanks to Don Hinds and Janet Baker Leonard for finding me a new Escape. Friendly and courteous staff. Would recommend Don Hines and especially Janet!!!
