Very disappointed in the trade-in evaluation process at this dealer. They took my keys but never went out to look at my vehicle at all. Never asked about what options were on the vehicle or anything. I was expecting more from a large Indianapolis dealer, but gladly will take my money back to small town dealerships. Thanks anyways!

It's unfortunate that there is no way to review without granting at least a star. The process to purchase went well enough, but service has been horrible. During what should have been an easy warranty repair, I was treated as though my time was worth nothing - my service advisor was among the most unprofessional individuals with which I've ever interacted.
