Cannot be trusted. They sold a car to me in May 2016 for $13,500.00 that they knew had a bad transmission (Yes, I can prove it). Had to have it replaced the end of June/beginning of July 2016. In August, I was still having trouble so their repair department admitted that it "couldn't be fixed" and referred me to the sales department to "get me in a different car." Buying my new truck with Dan was a very pleasant experience. First oil change & tire rotation was done quickly and Josh was very professional and friendly in the Service Dept. So far, so great!
Enjoyed a great service experience at Don Hinds yesterday. I had set up my appointment online which was a new experience for me. My 2004 Lincoln Navigator is approaching 105,000 miles so besides the oil change and tire rotation it only needed a fuel filter but they did not have one in stock. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly. Congratulations to Jason Smith on his promotion....he is a great guy to work with!

I will only being going to Don Hinds Ford from now on! The service department was amazing. I had honestly lost all hope in dealership service departments until I visited Don Hinds!! I spoke w someone on a wed, dropped my car off on a thur afternoon, and by 830am the next morning I had a phone call telling me my car was ready. They didnt try to add on more services, they strictly did what I came in for. I cant say enough about how pleasant my experience was!!!!!
Was very helpful and willing to stay late to get the deal done. Would definitely buy again from them.
